The purpose of the MACS Certificate is to provide interested persons and the Catholic community with a program that will provide them with fundamental information about Catholic theological principles. The School of Arts awards certificates for the completion of three courses (9 credit hours). The courses to select from are:
+ MACS 600 Catholic Thought and Culture Through the Ages
+ MACS 610 Catholic Biblical Studies
+ MACS 630 God and the Human Person
+ MACS 640 Christology
ADMISSION/APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- New students apply as special students to the Professional Studies program unless they plan to be degree seeking at CBU. Degree seeking students would apply as such.
- Degree-seeking students will be awarded the certificates upon complettion of the required courses.

- Courses taken may be applied toward the completion of the Master of Arts in Catholic Studies degree program.
